T-Shirt for Charity - Pakistan Floods and How the Youth Can Respond

August 18, 2010

While only a small subset of the nation is physically present at the sites of destruction and carrying out the relief efforts, there’s an easy way how each and every one of you can afford to help your brothers-in-arms moaning in misery.

By buying this patriotic T-shirt featured below, you’ll be donating Rs. 150 to the flood victims, out of the total cost of the shirt, which is Rs. 300 PKR.

The message on the T-shirt is simple. So are you ready to do something for the ones hit by the deadliest floods in more than 80 years?

Bookings Will be Made at Two Points in Karachi:

Saturday, August 28, 2010

Is it possible that the orders can be taken at different Universities in Karachi?

    • Farrukh Zafar 1 year ago   Reply

Sure! We are planning on going to campus by campus. FAST is our home university, so we decided that this is the place where we can do it on advance bookings easily. Otherwise, it’s not that easy for people to pay and then wait for the shirt to come in a few days.

Then the second round is planned to be going to other universities. But getting a word from someone belonging to another university, who is willing to invest upfront and then sell them, will be appreciated and none of us would mind handing over the design/shirt, as per the will of that university representative.

In short, we’d love to take it across the entire youth of the country.

Nasir, the second round will comprise visits to universities other than FAST. We’ll catch up requests then. It’s worth Rs. 300, from which Rs. 150 goes to the flood victims.

On Monday. You know the law and order situation near Quaidabad. It was no less than committing a suicide, coming to FAST in such a situation.
